Roulades (Pig in a blanket)

2 lbs Round steak sliced thin
1/2 lb of ground sausage
1/4 cup flour
1 can beer
3 cubes of beef bouillon
2 tbs chopped parsley
Bay leaves
salt and pepper on steak slices
Good german mustard on one side (inside)
1/4 onion for each slice of round steak - chopped

In a mixing bowl combine sausage, onions, and crumbs.  Divide the mixture up between the sliced/pounded steaks and wrap each one in a slice of bacon.  Hold pieces together with toothpicks.  Brown each in some oil then once brown.  Mix flour with 1/2 can of beer and pour over the roulade.  Add bouillon and stir.  Add remaining beer. Add parsley and bay leaves. Cook on low for 2 hours adding water if necessary
